Privacy Policy
Woojinconity Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) establishes and discloses the following privacy policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information processed is not used for any purpose other than the following, and if the purpose changes, separate consent will be obtained.
- Receipt and handling of quotation inquiries
- Customer consultation and complaint handling
- Provision of services and performance of contracts
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following items of personal information.
- Name
- Contact number (phone)
- Email address
- Company name (for businesses)
- Content of inquiry
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period stipulated by law or the period consented to by the data subject at the time of collection.
- Personal information related to quotation inquiries and customer consultation: 3 years from the date of collection
- Where a separate retention period is prescribed by relevant laws, that period shall apply
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
In principle, the Company does not provide the data subject's personal information to third parties, except in the following cases.
- When the data subject has consented in advance
- When required by a law, or when an investigative agency requests it in accordance with procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigative purposes
Article 5 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing)
The Company does not currently outsource personal information processing tasks to external parties. If outsourcing becomes necessary in the future, the outsourced party and the details of the outsourced work will be disclosed in advance.
Article 6 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them)
Data subjects may exercise the following rights regarding the protection of personal information against the Company at any time.
Rights may be exercised via email (woojinconity@daum.net) or phone (02-3662-2072), and the Company will process such requests without delay.
- Request to access personal information
- Request to correct errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
Article 7 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as below to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and to handle complaints and remedies for data subjects.
Disputes regarding personal information infringement may be filed with the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (www.kopico.go.kr) or the Personal Information Infringement Report Center (privacy.kisa.or.kr).
