Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users, as well as other necessary matters, in relation to the use of the website services provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• “Site” refers to the website operated by the Company using computers and other information and communication facilities to provide goods or services to users.
• “User” refers to a person who accesses the Site and receives services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
• “Service” refers to all information-provision services offered by the Company through the Site, including company introduction, business information, and quotation inquiries.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

• These Terms take effect by being posted on the Site or otherwise notified to users.
• The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, and the amended Terms take effect from the date of notice on the Site.
• If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user must discontinue use of the Site.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

• The Company provides services such as company introduction, business field information, portfolio, and receipt of quotation inquiries.
• The Company may change the content of the services it provides as required for technical or operational reasons, and will give prior notice of important changes.
• Service provision may be temporarily suspended due to unavoidable reasons such as system maintenance, failures, or natural disasters.

Article 5 (Obligations of Users)

Users must not engage in the following acts.

• Registering false information when applying or making changes
• Misappropriating another person's information
• Unauthorized alteration of information posted by the Company
• Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that determined by the Company
• Infringing the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Company or third parties
• Damaging the reputation of, or interfering with the business of, the Company or third parties
• Other acts that violate laws or public order and morals

Article 6 (Copyright)

• The copyright of all content posted on the Site (text, images, videos, designs, etc.) belongs to the Company or the respective rights holder.
• Users may not use the content of the Site by reproducing, modifying, distributing, publishing, broadcasting, or creating derivative works without the prior written consent of the Company.
• If a user uses content without authorization, the Company may hold the user civilly and criminally liable.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

• The Company is exempt from its obligation to provide services if it cannot provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or the suspension of services by telecommunications carriers.
• The Company is not responsible for service usage failures caused by reasons attributable to the user.
• The Company bears no responsibility for the reliability or accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted on the Site.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation of these Terms and disputes between the Company and users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and in the event of a dispute, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
